Fox News: Rep. Adam Kinzinger: I Don't Think the President Was Briefed on Russia Putting Bounties on U..S. Soldiers

Congressman Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) spoke with Brian Kilmeade about the New York Times report that Russia secretly offered bounties to Taliban-linked militants for killing American troops in Afghanistan.

Kinzinger, who attended a White House briefing on the reports of Russian bounties on American soldiers, explained that it is irrelevant if President Trump was briefed on this because the intel agencies could not agree if this was true. He went to say he does not believe the President was briefed as a result.

Plus, Kinzinger on the rising crime rates across the country as cities defund their police departments, the need to be flexible and implement shutdowns when needed and President Trump needing to calmly explain how the Federal Government is dealing with coronavirus.
